From tech pack to shipment

Not sure how to start? This guide shows what to send us, and what happens at each stage after that.

Prepare your tech pack

A tech pack tells us exactly what to make. Tick each item off as you get it ready, then send it with your quote request.

After you send it

Every order goes through sampling first, then bulk production. Each stage has five steps.

Sampling

Sampling turns your idea into a real garment. We check your tech pack for accuracy before bulk production, so you can test and show your design with confidence.

  1. Quotation

We send a detailed cost list with the sample price and estimated bulk costs. Once you accept, a sample fee is paid so we can start.

  2. Tech pack development

With the fee received, we finalize production details together: reviewing and refining your tech pack, filling any gaps and finding fixes for design elements that cannot be made as drawn.

  3. Making the sample

Fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, printing, sewing and, if you want it, washing. Time depends on how complex the design is. Ready-made patterns speed things up, and washing can add time.

  4. Sample quality check

Our team checks the sample for consistency and quality before ironing and packing.

  5. Shipping the sample

We send you photos to confirm before anything ships. Samples go by courier.

Bulk production

Bulk production holds the same standard as the approved sample. We aim for consistent results, on-time shipments and packaging made for your brand.

  1. Quotation

Once the product details and quantity are confirmed, we send an initial bulk quotation. After you accept it, a first payment starts the order.

  2. Pre-production sample

Final adjustments to fit, print colors, size and position are made on a pre-production sample. If the bulk order will match your approved sample exactly, we skip this step and go straight to production.

  3. Bulk production

Fabric sourcing and pre-shrinking, size grading, cutting, printing, sewing and, if you want it, washing. Time depends on how complex the product is.

  4. Quality inspection

Our quality team inspects the finished goods. Then we tell you the shipment quantity and confirm the logistics.

  5. Packing and shipping

Goods are packed to your specifications. When the final payment and shipping costs are received, we arrange the logistics company to send the order to your destination.
